Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. Local families can also choose free pickup at the studio in La Jolla.
How much is shipping?
Enjoy free shipping on orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $6.95. In-stock items usually ship the next business day.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes! Select Local pickup at checkout and collect your order at class — free of charge.
Sizing & Fit
How do I choose the right size?
Please see our Size Guide for age-based charts and measuring tips. When in doubt, size up — or message us for a personal recommendation.
Handmade & Made to Order
Are the items really handmade?
Yes. Every bag, doll and accessory is lovingly handmade by Miss Camille in La Jolla. Because each piece is one of a kind, small variations in color and detail are natural and make your piece unique.
What does “made to order” mean for delivery?
Some pieces are created just for you after ordering. If an item is made to order, the estimated crafting time is noted at checkout or on the product page.
Signed Editions
What is the difference between signed and unsigned?
Our book “Miss Camille and Me” and the Miss Camille in Paris photo album can be personally signed by Miss Camille for a small additional charge. Choose your preference from the Edition option on the product page.
Care
How do I care for my handmade pieces?
We recommend gentle hand washing in cool water and laying flat to dry to keep your treasures looking beautiful. Avoid bleach and tumble drying.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Unused items in original condition may be returned within 14 days. Made-to-order and personalized pieces are final sale. See Start a Return and our Refund Policy for full details.

Is checkout secure?
Absolutely. Checkout is fully encrypted and we accept all major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

How do I enroll in classes?
Visit our Classes pages for the schedule and details on children's, adult and private lessons, then contact us to reserve a spot.
